LAST WEEK'S ROUND UP: A significant business never really did 
take place last week. Trade came in in dribs and drabs 
Wednesday through Friday. Northern dressed trade ranged from 
$182 to $186, best guess was mostly $184 generally steady 
with the prior week's weighted average basis Nebraska. Live 
deals in the South ranged from $110 to $112, generally $1 to 
$2 lower than the prior week's weighted average. According to 
the Friday afternoon Mandatory reports weekly trade volumes 
were as follows: KS 3,689; NE 11,262; TX 2,055; CO Not 
available due to confidentiality; IA 24,761. 

DTN MORNING COMMENTS:  The country is typically quiet this 
Monday morning with bids and asking prices not established as 
of yet. Significant trade volume will likely be delayed until 
the second half of the week. Beef cutouts are expected to be 
lower with generally light box movement. 

For the week ending June 08, 2019, Imported Beef Passed for 
Entry in the U.S. totaled 37,735, 103.02% of the previous week 
and 99.03% of the prior 4-week average.
