We often have openings for the following positions:
Responsible for the operation of the plant, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality, while working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Knowledge and experience with process flows, quality control techniques, hand tools, and Microsoft Office desired. Skills in dry-mill ethanol production and/or Siemens Distributed Control System a plus.
Primary responsibilities include general maintenance in an industrial processing plant. Knowledge and experience with conveyors, pumps, boiler operation, air compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems desired. Skills in welding, millwright, and pipefitting required; electrical skills a plus.
Electrical and Instrumentation Technician
Primary responsibilities include general maintenance in an industrial processing plant. Knowledge and experience troubleshooting and repair, calibration and preventive/predictive maintenance activities on pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, digital, analytical, distributed control, and programmable logic controller systems desired. Skills in welding, millwright, and pipefitting a plus.
Primary responsibilities include handling of corn receipts, ethanol truck deliveries, ethanol railcar deliveries, and dried distiller grain deliveries. Skills in operating heavy equipment (front end loader and track mobile) required; some computer skills required with farming experience a plus.
